Parking at Dolphin Beach
Dolphin Beach provides secure basement parking for its residents, allowing vehicles to be safely parked under cover. Each apartment is allocated its own dedicated parking bay. While some units include two parking bays, others come with a single bay. In certain cases, apartments are equipped with tandem parking bays, allowing two vehicles to park in a single, extended space. Additionally, many parking bays have an adjoining storeroom, typically designated for the same apartment, offering residents convenient space to store personal items.
Building Lifts
All residential blocks at Dolphin Beach are equipped with lifts, making it easier to transport groceries and shopping. The lifts also provide essential support for residents with mobility challenges.
Estate Manager’s Office
The estate is professionally managed by a dedicated estate manager and on-site team who oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall well-being of the estate.
Car Wash Facilities
Residents and tenants have access to a self-service car wash bay. For added convenience, a full car wash service is also available every Saturday, provided by our cleaning ambassadors at an affordable rate.
